On the occasion of London Art Week, our foundation at Bvlgari Hotel in London, offered a breakfast with Hannah Lim.
Deeply influenced by her cultural identity and experience, Hannah has designed colourful and bold tea stands, snuff bottles and matching linens that bring the collaboration to life. The hotel’s façade was also transformed into a work of art.
Created in collaboration with Executive Pastry Chef-in-Residence Salvatore Mungiovino, pastries fuse Eastern and Western flavours, layering European and Asian ingredients in delightful and unexpected ways. From black sesame and jasmine tea to cocoa, caramel and vanilla mascarpone, each jewel-like pastry delights the senses with colour, texture and taste.
